Purpose This subjects using Several of autologous cartilage transplantation method for correction of secongdary nasal deformities of cleft lip,and various types of cartilage grafts after applying correction effect were discussed.Methods From 2003 to 2008,we have adopted several autologous cartilage transplantation method of correction of secongdary nasal deformities of cleft lip with 21 cases.With patient Satisfaction,according to the lip nasal deformity correction purpose and restitution of restitution, Develop evaluation criteria to evaluate the results of the surgery,postoperative patients were reviewed outpatient treatment and follow-up observation of effects of the surgery,various types of cartilage grafts after applying correction effect were discussed.Results 21 cases of patients with wound healing both Phase 1.11 patients with costal cartilage transplantation were satisfied with the results,nose vertical column,Nasal tip elevation,nostrils basic bilateral symmetry.10 cases ear cartilage transplant patients were basic satisified with the resuits,nostrils bilateral symmetry is not good,lateral alar feet is not the same horizon,Nasal tip elevation.Conclusion Lip nasal deformity is a complex developmental deformity.Reseting of the anatomical organization support of nasal bone is the points of the correction.Costicartilage have rich bone mass,bone hard,severe cleft lip deformity of the nose with a costal cartilage transplantation method can be made more satisfactory therapeutic effect.mass of bone of ear cartilage is general,the soft bone,cartilage transplantation using bone of ear is a correction of mild to moderate lip nasal deformity which can be achieved basically satisfied with the treatment.
