PartⅠEFFECT OF ANDROGEN ON CD4~+CD25~+T CELL IN EXPERIMENTAL ALLERGIC ENCEPHALOMYELITIS(EAE)IN RATSobjective:To observe the effect of exogenous androgen on CD4~+CD25~+T cell in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE)in Wistar rats.Methods:The animal model was established in Wistar rats by immunization with chorda spinalis of guinea pig and complete Freund's adjuvant。At the same time and after immunization,exogenous androgen administered in treatment group.The symptom of EAE was observed and CD4~+CD25~+T cell of peripheral blood were detected with flow cytometric analysis,pathological feature and myelin of cerebrum,brainstem and spinal were detect with HE staining and myelin staining.Result:Treatment groups compared with model groups,CD4~+CD25~+T cell was highter(P<0.01),and inflammation cell which around vessels was less and myelin was litter damage.Conclusions:Exogenous androgen can change the lever of CD4~+CD25~+T cell,and do an effective on therapy of EAE。 PartⅡ: EFFECT OF ANDROGEN ON GFAP OF ACTROCYTES IN EXPERIMENTAL ALLERGIC ENCEPHALOMYELITIS(EAE)IN RATSobjective:To observe the effect of exogenous androgen on actrocytes in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE)in Wistar rats.Methods:immunized with spinal cords homogenate of guinea pig(GPSCH) and complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)was induced exogenous androgen,and the number and the size of astrocyte were observed on with the method of immunohisto chemistry.Antibody against glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) was used to demonstrate the astrocyte.Result:Treatment groups compared with model groups,actrocytes was highter(P<0.01)and reduce the size and number of astrocytes in myelin of cerebrum,brainstem and spinal.Conclusion:Exogenous androgen can lessen astroglial reaction of central nerous system in EAE。...
