Softening Xifeng Decoction Stroke Threatened Permit Clinical Research And Mechanism

This thesis has reviewed the cognition, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of apoplexy aural in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the research progress of relevant disease in modern medicine generally, and has summarized syndrome difference in TCM and treatment progress in both modern medicine and TCM. On the basis of learning clinical experience and academic thought, according to the thought of preventive treatment of disease from"maintaining yang in spring and summer, nourishing yin in autumn and winter"in The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, we propound the thought of maintaining yang in spring to prevent apoplexy. On condition that yang qi overgrew, those who are liver-kidney yin deficiency in Middle and Old-Aged tend to have apoplexy. So we consider improving yang qi in the spring to prevent yang qi which grows in spring not overgrowing, making wind-yang tranquil to achieve aim to control apoplexy aural.My tutor thinks that maintaining yang qi in spring is the guiding ideology of cure apoplexy aural, the deficiency of viscera is the pathogenic basis, liver-kidney yin deficiency and wind-yang hyperactivity are the main pathogenesis, softening liver and tranquilizing wind are the important therapeutics rules. So we conforming to the tendency of yang qi growing, applies Rouganxifeng decoction from prestigious TCM specialists Zhao Jinduo to cure apoplexy aural in spring. In the Rouganxifeng decoction: Medlar, Loranthus, Angelica Sinensis, Peony and Prepared Radix Polygoli Multifori nourish liver and kidney; Uncaria, Padix Paeoniae Rubra, Hrysanthemum, Prunella Vulgaris and Radix Scrophulariae has the effect of cooling blood, calming liver, clearing heat, tranquilizing wind and relieving spasm; Achyranthes Bidentata can strong waist and knee, make qi-blood descending; Pearl can calm liver and suppress liver-yang hyperactivity, tranquilize the mind; Tribulaxs terrestrisl and lubricous has hypertensive effect. The study evaluates its clinical effectiveness and inquires the therapy mechanism of Rougan xifeng decoction.Research purpose: applying Rougan xifeng decoction from prestigious TCM specialists Zhao Jinduo to cure apoplexy aural and discuss relativity of maintaining yang in spring and preventing apoplexy. Method: we select the randomized double blind method to adjust Rouganxifeng decoction to treat apoplexy anural, compared Tianmagouten yin group. Given all of them 4 weeks treatment, the two groups were evaluated in the changes of symptom scores, blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipid, blood glucose and index of hemorheology. The result shows that the treatment group can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more significantly, decrease patient's systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure and blood glucose, improve patient's lipid metabolism and hemorheological indexes. Total efficiency of the treatment group is91.3%, superior to contrasting group, whose total efficiency is89.6%.Conclusion: the treatment group not only improves the clinical symptoms, also decrease patient's blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and hemorheology. To take Rougan xifeng decoction in spring to tranquilizing wind-yang can control apoplexy aural; preventing apoplexy has relativity with maintaining yang in spring.
