| This article carries on the review from five respects of clinical reasearch, which are TCM syndrome distribution of lung cancer, TCM syndrome and pathological type, physicochemical index, pulmonary infection, and clinical effect. It points out that there is an urgent need to establish the unified typing standard of lung cancer syndrome differentiation which will be acknowledged by TCM field at present. Besides, it is necessary to make full use of modern medical objective indexes and quantitative measures to develop clinical research deeply on TCM syndromes of lung cancer for the purpose of comprehensively explaining the TCM syndrome pathophysiological mechanism of lung cancer in the macroscopic and microscopic field.350 cases of lung cancer were collected and their symptoms, tongues and pulses were recorded. Then we used the cluster analysis way to analyse these patients' clinical data. To analyse the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of lung cancer by the way of variable cluster analysis. the syndromes of these lung cancer patients could be divided into 4 types: turbid phlegm obstructing lung, deficiency of qi, fire(heat) transformation of liver stagnation and static blood blocking collaterals. The variable proportion is 71.58%. It is shows the way of variable cluster analysis combined with expert opinion could help TCM syndrome differentiation of lung cancer patients. Meanwhile, it provides certain theoretical foundation for treating lung cancer based on TCM syndrome differentiation. |
