FU RONG SAN (FRS), the excellent preparation to be used specially for Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated Capital Medical University, was used many years in clinic. It is good at treating oncotic ulcer of YANG syndrome. In these studies, the healing mechanisms of YANG syndrome oncotic ulcer treated by FRS were studied by animal experiments such as anti-inflammatory, raw surface histomorphology changes, cytokine delivery, blood vessel permeability transmutation, etc.1. We used an experiment, Voix pedis engorgement induced by carrageenin, to test the anti-inflammatory effective of Chinese FRS. The result display that FRS can relieve volar engorgement.2. The capillary permeability was the significant character during acute phase of non-specificiness inflammation. We examined the effect of capillary permeability by FRS. The result is, FRS can decrease the permeability significant.So we founded a kind of dermal ulcer animal model treated by surgical injury added Staphylococcus aureus infection. In the experiment, the animal model has the YANG syndrome pathological features, such as red, swell, fever, painful, etc. On the foundation, we tested the level of TNF-αand TXB2, inflammation related factors in blood plasma. The results display, FRS can decrease the TNF-αand TXB2 level of blood plasma. The content of muramidase in wound surface secretion was examined and the result indicated that the level of muramidas decreased in FRS treated group. We also examined the pathological change of ulcer tissue. The results display: FRS can enhance the expression of collagen and accelerate the wound surface healing.
