Behcet's disease (Behcet's Disease, BD),known as the intestinaldigestive tract involved Behcet's disease (Intestinal BehcetDisease, IN-BD), the disease can be involved esophagus, stomach,duodenum, jejunum, back, colon and rectum. The clinicalmanifestations complicated and varied, and the lack of specific andeasy to misdiagnosis, serious ulcers can be caused by the mergerintestinal bleeding, intestinal paralysis, bowel perforation,peritonitis, fistula formation, esophageal stricture, and othercomplications, and even death. If treatment is not actively controlthe disease while the general treatment of gastrointestinaldiseases, we can not be satisfied with the results.The etiology of this disease has not yet been clear, and isgenerally considered to be infected, genetic, environmental,immunologic abnormalities, and other factors. As unknown etiology,is a major traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment byblocking the inflammatory response, the regulation of the immunefunctions, as well as surgical treatment, but the high rate ofrelapse , the patient tolerance difficult. To address the treatmentof Behcet's Disease intestinal problems that exist in modernmedical etiology and pathogenesis of their home, in-depth study ofthe treatment, and achieved certain progress.Behcet's Disease in the intestinal type of medicine with its NoName a completely Accordingly, the ancient medical membership inthe "Fox perplex the disease", "pain" and "Diarrhea" and"accumulation" and "blood in the stool" "intestinal carbuncle" andits symptoms similar. Chinese medicine believethat the disease and feelings Waiya, restaurants Laojuan, emotionalinternal injuries, spleen and stomach is closely related to factorssuch as weak, ancient and modern literature study, Chinese medicinetreatment, good effect.In this paper, through the past few decades in the researchliterature of Western medicine, Western medicine research of the disease profiles have a more comprehensive understanding of Chinesemedicine research in the literature review found that the obviousweak point, and this made for some superficial view that if theSores Treatment of intestinal Behcet's disease may be more toregulate their Chinese medicine treatment.
