ObjectiveKnee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a kind of chronic ongoing disease that disserved aged people,As societypopulationkneeisaging;,it goes more and more and brings heavy burden to society and family.Osteoarthritis (kOA)is the most prevalent disease which pathology characterized by noninflammatory deterioration of the articular cartilage with reactive new bone formation at the joint's surface and margins.。To aim at its pathology character,we adopted Sodium Hyaluronate injection of articular cavit associated with Chinese crude drug embalment to treat KOA and therapeutic efficacy was favourable,so mechanisms about it was carried -on.MethodsWe followed up the cases of KOA that collected randomly from 2006 to 2007,60 cases weredevided into two groups averagely to statistic and study,which were HA injection group and combined group.40 rabbits were randomly derided into five groups,and the rabbitt models of KOA were induced by abscising medial collateral ligament,medial meniscus angulus anterior and anterior cruciate ligament.After it,the blank group and the model group were treated by nothing and the positive control group were treated by Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi,the other group were associated embalming and steaming(dredge the meridian passage prescription,Intra-articular injection people without Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming that day),nine weeks later,The concentration of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the synovial fluid were analysed by using radioimmunoassay method. and the histologic examination of articular cartilage was observed by staining as well.Results Clinical research HAowed that:1.The effective rate of HA injection group was 90.0%and Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming(dredge the meridian passage prescription) was 73.33%,but it was 99.67%in combined group,the effection of combined method was best(P＜0.05).2.The method of HA injection,Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming and Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming all could improve the clinical symptoms.the effection of combined method was best(P＜0.05)by statistics analyses.3.The method of Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming could relieved the arthralgia and improved the knee function synergily.Empirical study HAowed that:1.Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming(dredge the meridian passage prescription)can abate Inflammatory reaction by decreasing the level of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α(p＜0.01),the histologic examination HAowed that the articular cartilage was improved as well.2.Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi can abate Inflammatory reaction by decreasing the level of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α(p＜0.01),the histologic examination HAowed that the articular cartilage was improved as well.3.Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming(dredge the meridian passage prescription)can abate Inflammatory reaction by decreasing the level of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α(p＜0.01),the histologic examination HAowed that the articular cartilage was improved as well.4.The method of Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming could improve the knee function was best by statistics analyses.ConclusionThe method of HA injection,Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming and Sodium Hyaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming all could improve the clinical symptoms.the effection of combined method was best by statistics analyses.There are many factors participated the pathological change of KOA。The curative effect of sodium ayaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming is better than sodium nyaluronate(HA)injection only,it is also better than Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming only.its mechanisms might be abate Inflammatory reaction,lubricate articular cartilage and so on。The method of Sodium ayaluronate(HA)injection of articular cavi associated with Chinese crude drug embalming and steaming could relieved the arthralgia and improved the knee function synergily.
