The Spo <sub> On Pxi 2 </ Sub> Functional Test System Research And Development,

In this dissertation, a research and design have been made on the functional test system of Saturation of Pulse Oximetry (SpO₂) based on the PXI bus technology in industrial production environment.First, based on the analysis of the Saturation of Pulse Oximetry (SpO₂) clinical significance and the basic principles of measurement, the importance of the monitor functional test is proposed in the industrialized production environment. Secondly, based on the analysis and research of the advanced technology in the area of the test and control, the test system is set up using PXI bus and virtual instrumentation technology after considering the ratio of performance to price,actual need. The hardware of the test system includes the PXI system, the Saturation of Pulse Oximetry simulator and the interface circuit. Lastly, the thesis uses the application software LabWindows/CVI from National Instruments Company to design and develop the software system, and the software system chooses the modularized design. The software system has the function of module control, data collection, data processing, report generation and so on. The data processing part needs to develop the processing procedures according to the different requirement of test.The test system has been used to the actual products. The test results showed that the functional test system of Saturation of Pulse Oximetry has met the actual test demand, and the building of hardware is reasonable, high ratio performance to price. The software system has good man-machine conversation interface, and it meets with the actual operator custom.
