[Objective] :Body temperature, pulse and blood pressure, reflecting the internal activities of the body objectively, called Vital Signs clinically, are the basic indicators to judge the health condition. Normally, vital signs are intrinsically inter-linked, and the proportion was mutual stability in certain areas. When there are pathogens acting on the body, the temperature, pulses and blood pressure appeared abnormal at different levels, reflecting the dynamic alteration of physical activities. Therefore, the vital signs' recorded correctly and corrected promptly, are the important prerequisite of the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Although, people are familiar with the basic trend between them nowadays, could it only be used as a conceptual knowledge, and unable to learn the statistical significance of it. The research is put forwards for this, through the analysis of a great deal of experimental data, to conclude a preliminary correlation between them.[Methods] :6-7 week old male Wister rats ,18, Experiment I : put the sober rats into the fixation device provided by PowerLab signal acquisition system, exposed rat tail, using powerlab multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system for the synchronous real-time monitoring of temperature ,blood pressure and pulse , and recorded 18 sober rats' basal temperature, pulse and blood pressure respectively, list the related data tables. Experiment II: The same 18 rats, 20% urethane (5ml/kg) intraperitoneal injection for anesthesia. Using the self-made-regulated heating blanket (0~50℃) increase the rats' body temperature according to the step by the foundational level, 37℃,37.5℃,38℃,38.5℃,39℃and 39.5℃.Statistical analysis: using SAS (Statistical Analysis System) statistical analysis software, analyzed the data above through a variety of statistical methods including t tests, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis.[Results] :There is significant difference about temperature, blood pressure and pulse between the same rats with narcotism or consciousness, (analysis results: t=11.66, 8. 72, P=0.0001<0.05). There is significant linear trend between the temperature and pulse or temperature and blood pressure of the healthy rats both in soberness and narcotism. The analysis of variance of the blood pressure and pulse of the anesthetized rats under different body temperature showed: in addition to the temperature of foundational level~37℃group and 38.5℃~39℃group, the rest of the group difference were statistically significant.Pearson's correlation analysis showed that: the temperature and pulse were positively correlated (R=0.99070), body temperature and blood pressure were positively correlated (R=0.94794); the regression equation obtained as follows: PULSE=32.97213T-874.62869. BP=29.80738 T-982.15123, can be used to describe the quantitative relationship between the temperature and pulse, temperature and blood pressure.[Conclusions] :(1)Anesthetics (urethane) may result in a significant change in some physiological indicators such as blood pressure and pulse.(2) The blood pressure and pulse change with the body temperature, and they change to varying degrees in the different ranges of the temperature.(3) The blood pressure increases with the increased body temperature, the quantitative relationship as follows: BP=29.80738 T-982.15123(4)The blood pressure rises with the increased body temperature, the quantitative relation as follows: PULSE = 32.97213T-874.62869. [Objective] :The quantity of the Chinese herbal medicine material has a close relationship to the safety and curative effects of the clinical medication, always, people are attempting to develop it on the account of the late modern technique based on the traditional methods. But the practice of the experimental operation and the analysis of the data still are limited to the professionals with laboratorial technical ability, which has hindered the flow-sheeting and scaling of TCM industry. This research is raised from the resolve to this problem exactly, hoping to ask for help from the flexibility, direct-viewing and openness of the VI, through the analysis of the data recorded, to establish a standards consisting of a number of indicators as the common evaluation and identification for one kind of drug. Achieving the identification of medicine through the VI by comparing the analytic medicine to the standards.[Methods] :(1) First, analyze the standard medicine with chromatography, records chromatography map, and measures the peak time, peak height, peak area and other relevant variables of the peak in the map, then obtain the standard data of the medicine. Perform the same treatment to the analytic medicine; obtain the indicators to be identified.(2) Analyzing the above standard data statistically to determine the credibility of the confidence interval as the quantitative indicators, which reflecting the physical and chemical properties of the medicine. (3) Identification of the quality of medicines: design the application software based on VI programming language LabWindows/CVI, completing the comparison between the analytic quantities and standard data.[Results] :Established a new medicine detection method, combine the traditional laboratory operation and computer software technology, make use of some statistical related concepts, disengage the process of drug testing from the laboratory partially. The data being the unified control standards ensure the identification objective and exclusive. In addition, the establishments of the standards are based on statistical confidence interval, main program is independent of the statistical analysis, and user may determine the control standard through different means.[Conclusions] :The research combined the basic instrument analysis technology and the virtual technology based on the computer closely together and achieved basic requirements. Friendly software interface, simple operation and legible test results feature the software largely. It provides a new way of thinking for the experiment based on data-analysis including the identification of drugs.
