The Ea Ciliao Acupuncture Parameter Optimization Program For The Treatment Of Spinal Cord Transection In Rats Detrusor Hyperreflexia

ObjectiveTutor Liu Zhi Shun,director of physician using "Ciliao"electro-acupuncture treats detrusor hyperreflexia,the effect is significant and the sideeffect is rare,but the combination of acupuncture parameters are not to be optimized yet,so we plan to discuss the indicators of the best acupuncture parameter combination with the highest bladder internal pressure from the perspective of animal experiments,and we offer the certain basis for clinical treatment.Method1,Make 24 spinal cord transaction models of healthy adult female SD rats.In the state of general anesthesia,rat's T10 spinous for the centre along the spine make 2cm longitudinal incision,remove the spinous and operate all T10 laminectomy,cutting off spinal cord by micro scissors,make SD rats to spinal cord transverse cutted injury model.2,After repeated testing,positioning "Ciliao".3,In accordance with the L₈(2⁴) orthogonal test table grouping,the same test repeated three times.Among them," acupuncture duration,Acupuncture depth,electroacupuncture current,frequency " four parameters were set two levels.After all rats in urinary incontinence(after the operate,14-20 days later),began corresponding treatment, electro-acupuncture electrode connected to the two sides in the "Ciliao" acupuncture needle point,divide the experimental rats from acupuncture depth,electro-acupuncture current,acupuncture duration and frequency in accordance with the above-mentioned methods.4,After 1 time treatment,and after the 10 times treatments,immediately measure the bladder internal pressure.ResultThe results of a bladder internal pressure testing immediately after 1 time acupuncture conduct:Variance analysis showed that eight kinds of interventions immediate effect has no significant difference(P=0.294＞0.05),the immediate effect on the four factors(acupuncture depth,electro-acupuncture current,frequency,and acupuncture duration) has no statistically significant difference.(P＞0.05). The results of a bladder internal pressure testing immediately after 10 times acupuncture conduct:Variance analysis showed that the effect in ten times of eight kinds of intervention has no significant difference(P=0.461＞0.05),the effect in 10 times on the four factors(acupuncture depth,electro-acupuncture current,frequency, and acupuncture duration) has no significant difference(P＞0.05).DiscussionThere was no statistically significant difference at the efficacy on the 8 kinds of intervention combination.After the end of the experiment,thought and researched repeatedly,summed up some reasons,the negative reasons may also have the following important reasons:1.Through literature research,consider the anaesthetic seriously impact on the outcome of the experiment,in the next step we continue to study for no anesthesia acupuncture.2.Acupuncture treatment also have dose-effect relationship,and there are cumulative effects,and in the oversea study using SNS treatment of DH rats,the treatment time is 8 hours/day for 3 weeks,so it is possible that our treatment time is not enough,and the results are not very good.ConclusionThrough this study,we could not make acupuncture parameter optimization program that electro-acupuncture cure detrusor hyperreflexia,but laid the foundation for the next work.In accordance with the results of this experiments,we are going to improve an experimental program and continue to study in depth.
