Dyslipidemia is one of the most important risk factor of atherosclerosis.The low-density lipoprotein's(LDL) increasing is considered as a primary risk factor for the coronary heart disease.The mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of Dyslipidemia have become very important issues.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has its own unique to treat Dyslipidemia.However,the occurrence and development of Dyslipidemia is a long and subtle process.The patients often have no serious symptoms,or even have no any symptoms at all,so that it is difficult to diagnosis it. Face to such patients,TCM doctor often can't make differentiation.To the onset of symptoms,the disease is relatively serious;the damage of Dyslipidemia on the body has come to reality.How to early diagnosis and guide the intervention of TCM reatment,the cut-off and reversing the pathological process is put in front of the scholars of modern TCM doctor.The Micro Channel Array Flow Analyzer(MC-FAN),made by Tokyo Women Medical University,can detect the transmitting time(TT) of anticoagulant blood through the Capillaries Simulation of 25μl,50μl,75μl and 100μl blood.Compared with the previous hemorheology detection,it is more intuitive,more accurately,and is a new detection equipment of hemorheology.This study was to explore the relationship of Dyslipidemia and blood stasis of TCM with MC-FAN,compared with the traditional hemorheology detection and laboratory tests,to provide a new feasible method to Dyslipidemia and blood stasis of TCM.This study consists of two parts:literature review and clinical research.The first part:The literature reviewIn the first article of the three reviews,the literature of hyperlipemia in Traditional Chinese Medicine in last 10 years,including mechanisms,types of TCM syndrome and impersonality of TCM syndrome of hyperlipemia were analyzed.It is found that great advances have been achieved,but there are still some problems to be settled,such as types of TCM syndrome haven't been unified yet.In the second article, the author reviewed the history of the development of hemorheology,and the progress in the past 10 years.And the author summed up the theory and clinical application of MC-FAN.In the third article,the auther rewiewed the literature of past 10 years about the role and mechanisms of hs-CRP,ICAM-1,Lep,INS and ox-LDL to the Dyslipidemia.The second part:The clinical study of relationship of lipid,the transiting time of Micro Channel Array Flow Analyzer(MC-FAN TT),hemorheology indexes,hs-CRP,etc.and blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of dyslipidemia.Abstract objective:To explore the relationship between lipid,MC-FAN TT, laboratory indexes and blood stasis of TCM of dyslipidemia.Methods:A total of 127 cases were enrolled,and tested all the patients' lipid, MC-FAN TT,hemorheology indexes and hs-CRP etc.The 98 dyslipidemia patients were divided into the Blood stasis group and non- blood stasis group with the rule of TCM,and the other 29 normal lipid cases were in the control group.Probe the relationship between the three groups with the analysis of variance,LSD multiple comparative analyses.And analysis the relationship between MC-FAN TT and the various indicators of 98 dyslipidemia cases with the multiple regression analysis.Results:1 The comparation of the blood stasis syndrome group,non-blood stasis syndrome group and control group:The MC-FAN TT of blood stasis syndrome group was higher than that of non-blood stasis syndrome group and control group,and the different was significant(P<0.01).The PV and PAdT of blood stasis group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the PAgT of blood stasis group was higher than that of non-blood stasis syndrome group(P<0.05).The hs-CRP and ICAM-1 of blood stasis syndrome group and non-blood stasis syndrome group were higher than that of control group(P<0.01~0.05).The ICAM-1 of non-blood stasis syndrome group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).And the other indexes between each group were not different significantly(P>0.05). 2 The correlative between MC-FAN TT and the indexes of 98 cases of dyslipidemia: The 25μl TT,50μl TT,75μl TT and 100μl TT were positively correlated with the TC (t=0.235,P=0.038;t=0.246,P=0.041;t=0.258 P=0.038;t=0.218, P=0.044)respectively;the 25μl TT and 50μl TT were positively correlated with the TG(t=0.216,P=0.048;t=0.215,P=0.043) respectively;the 25μl,50μl and 75μl TT were negatively correlated with the HDL(t=-0.269,P=0.032;t=-0.277,P=0.035; t=-0.262,P=0.039) respectively;there was no significant correlation between the MC-FAN TT and the LDL and VLDL respectively.The 75μl and 100μl TT were positively correlated with the PV(t=0.320,P=0.045;t=0.254,P=0.045) respectively; the 100μl TT was positively correlated with the ARBC(t=0.267,P=0.008);there was no significant correlative between the MC-FAN TT and BV,Fib,HCT,DRBC,PAgT and PAdT respectively.The 25μl TT was positively correlated with the waist(t=0.231, P=0.023)and 75μl TT was positively correlated with the BMI(t=0.181,P=0.046),but there was no significant correlation between the MC-FAN TT and FBG and WHR respectively.The 25μl and 50μl TT was positively correlated with the ICAM-1 (t=0.261,P=0.020;t=0.244,P=0.030) respectively,but there was no significant correlation between the MC-FAN TT and hs-CRP,INS,Lep,ox-LDL respectively.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the blood lipid and blood stasis syndrome of the dyslipidemia patients.The MC-FAN TT of dyslipidemia patients was prolonged,the blood stasis group more visible,and the non-blood stasis group also has prolonging trend,but compared with the healthy control group,there was no significant difference.The MC-FAN TT of dyslipidemia patients was positively correlated with TC,HDL,PV,ARBC,W,BMI and ICAM-1.For the patients of dyslipidemia in blood stasis group,the MC-FAN TT is more intuitive than the hemorheology indexes,and it can be a complementary of diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of TCM,and worthy of further in-depth study.
