Objective: To detect the serum level of triglyceride (TG) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , low-density-lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C ) , plasma viscosity, fibrinogen(FIB) , the level of plasma tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) and calculate the score of nervous impairment (SNI) of acute ischemia apoplexy (AIA) patients ; so as to comprehend changes of lipid metabolism, hemorheology and fibrinolysis function of AIA patients and it relation of the condition degree, and to investigate relationship between the above-mentioned microcosmic indexes and phlegm blood stasis syndrome(PBS).Materials and methods: 58 patients with AIA were collected and divided into two -groups:PBS group and no phelgm blood stasis(NPBS) group.All were accorded with the diagnosing points of acute cerebral infarction and must be able to be diagnosed as one of syndromes based on the differentiation standards of stroke disease . To calculate SNI of AIA patients. 30 healthy people were taken as normal control group , The age and gender of all groups had no significant difference by statistic treatment. To detect the serum level of TG, TC, LDL-C and plasma viscosity, contents of FIB and the concents of t-PA, PAI-1.Results: 1, Compared with the normal control group, there were significant increase of TG, TC, LDL-C, plasma viscosity, FIB, PAI-1 , while t-PA decreased significantly (P<0.01) in AIA patients.2, TG, TC, LDL-C, plasma viscosity, FIB, PAI-1 in PBS group and NPBS group were significant higher than that of normal control group (P<0.05, P<0.01) ,while t-PA was lower (P<0.01) ;the same as in PBS group and NPBS group.3, There was significantly different in SNI in PBS group and NPBS group (p<0.01) .4. Correlation between SNI and TG. TC. LDL-C. plasma viscosity. FIB. PAI-1 were positive (P<0. 05, p<0.01) , but related coefficients of TG. TC. LDL-C was lower , while t-PA was negative (P<0. 01) .5, choose PBS and NPBS as discriminant types, TG, TC, LDL-C, plasma viscosity, FIB, t-PA , PAI-1 as objective discriminant indexes to discriminant analysis .Correct rate of equations was 74.1%.Conclusion:1, There was lipid metabolism disturbance, hemorheological abnormality, low fibrinolysis function in patients with AIA.2, TG, TC, LDL-C can' t completely reflect its degree of AIA patients, while plasma viscosity. FIB. t-PA. PAI-1 can reflect its degree.3, TG,TC, LDL-C, plasma viscosity. FIB. t-PA. PAI-1 can reflect the substance of PBS by different aspects, above- mentioned indexes can be deemed to objective indexes in the diagnosed PBS of AIA.
