Objective:To evaluate the effect on suppressing inflammation, alleviating pains and safty of TengTongTieGao(TTTG).Methods:Observe the acute toxicity of the TTTG on the skin of the rat experiment of derma stimulation on the skin of the rabbit;experiment of derma feedback to anomalism on the skin of the cavia;The mouse auricular swelling test, the rats toe swelling test caused by albumen,the mice's pain-test by hot and the mouse body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid were conducted.Result:The experiment of acute toxicity of skin shows that animals didn't appearance the toxicity symptoms and no one have died during the period of observe time.It didn't appearance abnormality in case anatomy chaecking, (LD₅₀≧ 5000mg/kg weight).The experiment of acute toxicity on the skin of the rat shows that TTTG is asepsis.The experiment of derma stimulation on the skin of the rabbit:After remove TTTG 24h,only one animal appearance not obvious eryth on its skin,24h,48h,72h,the most score is 0.25,Show tant TTTG have none stim ulation to derma.The experiment of derma feedback to anomalism shows that the left side of skin of the mice didn't experience eryth and edema after removing excitation 24h and 48h,it shows that TTTG have tenuous derma feedback to anomalism.TTTG could depress swelling of the mice in auricular swelling test,inhibit the rat's toe swelling caused by albumen,prolong the time of the mice's lapping back legs during the pain-test by hot and could reduce the times of wrenching their bodies caused by the irritation of acetic acid sharply.Conclusion:None toxicity on the healthy and injured skin.None stim ulation to derma,tenuous derma feedback to anomalism.The Acesodyne Plaster has efficacy on acesodyne and can be used with safety.
