BiQing capsule(BQC) has the function of eliminating excessive humidity, promoting cirulation of Qi in the channels, reducing edema and getting rid of the pain. In clinic, it can be used for treating and alleviating the symptoms caused by the gout as well as acute gout arthritis, which has the function of anti-inflammation and analgesia. In our experiment, we observed resisting the inflammation and easing pain on function of BQC and discussed its mechanism of anti-inflammatory through setting up many kinds of animal's models. The purpose is to offer scientific theoretical foundation and experiment basis for clinical practice.1. This experiment observed its anti-inflammtory action through experiment study of the swelling of mice's foot induced by monosodium urate (MSU), edema of rat's ankle joint induced by MSU, the ear-swelling of mice induced by xylene, the celiac capillary of mice induced by acetic acid, the proliferation of grannloma of mice induced by cotton ball and the proliferation of grannloma of rat induced by cotton ball, and so on. The results show BQC has anti-inflammatory action, and there is significant difference between BQC and control group.2. This experiment observed analgesia action of BQC through experimental study of reaction of spraining the body on mice induced by ice glacial acetic acid and the pain reaction of mice by hot stimulation . The results show BQC has analgesia action and increases the threshold of pain. There is significant different between BQC and control group.3. This experiment discussed mechanism of its anti-inflammation by determining contents of IL-1β and TNF-α in soft tissue and slippery liquid in ankle joint on rat's acute gout...
