Ginkgolide Injection In The Treatment Of Stroke Meridian Stasis Permit Randomized Controlled Study

Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of the meridional and collateral apoplexy congestion block collateral symptom of apoplexy in the treatment of ginkgolide injection. Methods:A random control study was adopted.Shuxuening injection was used as the control drug.Observe the comprehensive efficacy of TCM,neurological impairment and the improved the efficacy of TCM symptom.Results:The effective rate of the ginkgolide injection used in the treatment of apoplexy is 79.17%,total effective rate 91.67%.It obviously can reduce the integrals of neurological impairment,and improve the degree of the patient's the neurological impairment.In terms of the improvement of the TCM comprehensive efficacy, neurological impairment and TCM symptom,the efficacy of the treatment groups are all superior to the control groups(p＜0.01或p＜0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgolide injection is relatively effective in the treatment of meridional and collateral apoplexy congestion block collateral symptom of apoplexy.It is a new type of effective drugs in the clinical treatment of ischemic apoplexy.It has a better market prospect.
