Ganjiang is the dry root of Zingiber officinale Rose.It has many efficacy,such as: warming middle-jiao to dispel cold,reviving yang for resuscitation,resolving phlegm and drying damp,used in the treatment of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach,cold pain of gastriccavity and abdomen.Dried Ginger in Sichuan,Guizhou,and Yunnan in the southwest area of cultivation,in 2001 Qianwei County Sichuan Province established the first of Dried Ginger GAP base.Dried Ginger decoction pieces was affected by the source of medicinal materials,agronomic habit,processing procedure and the other factors.Dried Ginger decoction pieces quality is not uniform.passing processing,Dried Ginger can be made of charcoal of ginger and roasted ginger wuich are different effectiveness,roasted ginger has many efficacy,such as: warming middle-jiao to dispel cold,warming the channels to hemostasis,used in the treatment of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach,hemorrhage of yang deficiency; charcoal of ginge has many efficacy,such as:hemostasis nourishing yin,used in the treatment of hemorrhage yin deficiency,the effectiveness and clinical application of Dried Ginger,roasted ginger and charcoal of ginge has detailed records,but the processing mechanism which changing the efficacy.In this thesis we research on the processing technology and quality standard of Dried Ginger decoction pieces; Compared Dried Ginger,Roasted ginger and charcoal of ginger similarities and differences between the chemical composition,from the perspective of processing the material foundation and the effectiveness of the relevance.Research and experimental results are as follows:1.Researching Dried Ginger Pieces Processing TechnologyThe processing mainly contains peeled or not and drying,however,the specific processing technology are not reported.First,Dried Ginger and the peeled Daipi Dried Ginger qualitative comparison to TLC,the volatile oil GC-MS component analysis and components of quantitative indicators compare,comprehensive processing base for practice,Dried Ginger to identify suitable peeled.Secondly,to volatile oil content and moisture content as an indicator,Dried Ginger Pieces of the drying time and the drying temperature were investigated,Dried Ginger Pieces of processing methods:Remove impurities,Washing,Run-through,drying for 6h under 50℃and 1cm accumulation.The research process to enlarge and the result Shows the processing is reasonable and feasible.2.Study on the Dried Ginger Pieces quality controlTLC analysis,the content of water,ash and acid insoluble ash,gingerol determination were investigated to establish a method for Dried Ginger Pieces quality control.Reference to "the United States Pharmacopoeia"(24),Take capsaicin for external standard reference substance,eastbish a method of Determination.The determination:6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 10-gingerol content of the total average of 6 approved Dried Ginger Slices is 8.09(mg/g),6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 10-gingerol content of 6 approved Dried Ginger Slices is the basic stability.RSD5 is 0.81%.3.In order to the relevance of further explore the processing and effectiveness, compareing the chemical composition of Dried Ginger,Charcoal of ginger and Roasted gingerThe main chemical components of Dried Ginger,Charcoal of ginger and Roasted ginger is of volatile oil,ginger and a small number of amino acid composition.TLC,the volatile oil GC-MS component analysis,components of quantitative gingerolconstituents of quantitative and Chromatographic footprint were investigated to compare the chemical composition of Dried Ginger,Charcoal of ginger and Roasted ginger.3.1 volatile oilCompare to Dried Ginger,Roasted ginge in the volatile oil components is more than sesquiterpene constituents,content has a different degree of change,add Carbamic acid monoammonium salt and 3-methyl-5-(2.5-2 methyl)-phenyl-Acid. Compare to Dried Ginger,Jiang carbon containing traces of volatile oil.3.2 gingrol compositionTo 6-gingerol content,8-gingerol content and 10-gingerol content of the HPLC analysis,Dried Ginger gingerol content is 8.14 mg/100g,Roasted ginger gingerol content is 2.85 mg/100g,Charcoal of ginger content is 0.78 mg/100g.Dried Ginger gingerol content>Roasted ginger gingerol content>Charcoal of ginger gingerol content.As temperature increases in Roasted ginger and Charcoal of ginger in the course of processing,gingerol is in the destruction.3.3 Amino acid compositionAmino acid components more focus on water-soluble The water-soluble part of Dried Ginger,Roasted ginger and g Charcoal of ginger were compared by TLC.The part of acid composition of Roasted ginger has been destructed,Charcoal of ginger in the amino acid components have been completely destroyed.3.4 HPLC fingerprintingUsed the standard Dried Ginger as reference to analyse and compare 13 batchas of crude medicine HPLC fingerprint,established a fingerprint of the standard medicines.Through the relative retention time,the relative peak area and the similarity of the Dried Ginger,Roasted ginger and Charcoal of ginger,small component of Roasted ginger has obvious changes.Gingerol composition and the polar components has the smaller changes.Charcoal of ginger component of the volatile oil has been destroyed, Gingerol compound reduced to trace.
