Background:As for cancer therapy in traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine has further exploration in improving cancer patients quality of life and prolonging the survival time etc.The therapy combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in cancer treatment field are very widely shared. In recent years, many clinical and experimental research shows Chinese medicine,dried ginger, baked ginger,turmeric, galangal, it indicates the cancer in inhibiting ginger progress, reduce toxicity chemoradiation has obvious advantages of such effects.Purpose:This subject foucs on in vitro anti-cancer effect of anti-cancer of Chinese medicine dried ginger, baked ginger,turmeric, galangal which indicates to Stomach cancer SGC-7901 cells and lung cancer A549 cells and discussed mechanism. Provide certain experiment and theory for reasonable and effective use of Chinese medicine ginger based on the combination of disease syndrome differentiation.Methods:Using the MTT 3H-TdR method, observe serum in vitro growth inhibition indicates to Stomach cancer SGC -7901 cells and lung cancer A549 cells of Chinese medicine dried ginger, baked ginger,turmeric and their blood. Using Annexin V-FITC/PI method observe apoptosis induction of ginger class Chinese medicine serum, and using PI method observe cell cycle regulation of ginger class Chinese medicine serum.Results:(1) Ginger class Chinese medicine (dried ginger, baked ginger,turmeric, galangal) decoction indicates to the lung cancer cells have certain proliferation of inhibition.The result that dried ginger, baked ginger and turmeric lead to the increase of inhibition related to dosage gradually strengthened, has statistically significant differences.It tips that their inhibition of cell A549 proliferation is in concentration dependence. (2) The proliferation inhibition rate of galangal from 10mg 10mg/ml to 40mg/ml indicates to A549 is nearly 100%, the result has no obvious concentration dependence. (3) The proliferation inhibition rate of baked ginger and galangal on 10mg/ml indicate to cell A549 has statistically significant differences, The proliferation inhibition rate of turmeric indicates to cell A549 has statistically significant differences until 40mg/ml. (4) The concentration dependence of dried ginger is significant in the four medcine.rising with the dose, inhibition strengthen obvious and more than baked ginger. (5) The proliferation inhibition comparison of ginger class Chinese medicine indicates to cell A549 is galangal> baked ginger> dried ginger> turmeric on 10mg/ml and galangal> dried ginger> baked ginger> turmeric on 40mg/ml.
