Astragaloside Glucose Injection In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Exertional Angina Of Iii Clinical Study

Objection:To investigate the clinical efficacy and security of AstragalosideⅣGlucose on stable angine of coronary artery disease.Methods:432 cases of stable angine of coronary artery disease were enrolled from the clinic and admission department of heart Medical Department of chengdu,tianjin and guiyang university of TCM and traditional Chinese medicine hospital of xinjiang weiwuer autonomous regine. We adopted stochastic and parallel control and immitated blind with positive control medicine.Treament group were treated with AstragalosideⅣGlucose,while control group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhize injection.The course of treatment was two weeks.The symptoms and signs were observed both before and after treatment.The correlative eximations were taken before and after treatment.Result:The clinical test showed AstragalosideⅣGlucose has good effect on stable angina of coronary artery disease, which could relieve angina and improve myocardial ischemia obviously.The therapeatic efficacy between treament group and control group without significant deviation. No obvious side effect was afound during treating.That safety index of trial medicine groups conditions like pretherapy normality / post-treatment abnormality or pretherapy abnormality/ post-treatment abnormality worsen which has some relationship with trial medicine groups were not discovered. Conclusion: AstragalosideⅣGlucose can improve clinical symptom of stable angine of coronary artery disease.And it is safety.
