Astragaloside Glucose Injection In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Exertional Angina Phase Ii Clinical Study

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and security of Astragaloside IV Glucose on angina of coronary artery disease.Methods: 132 cases of angina of coronary artery disease were enrolled from the clinic and admission department of heart Medical Department of ChengDu university of TCM. we adopted parallel control and imitated blind design with positive control medicine. They were randomly devided into treatment group which including 3 classes of high dose,medium dose and low dose and control group. Treatment group were treated with Astragaloside IV Glucose, while control group were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The period of treatment was 2 weeks.the symptoms and signs were observed both before and after treatment. The correlative eximations were taken both before and after treatment.Result: The clinical test showed Astragaloside IV Glucose has good effect on angina of coronary artery disease ,which could relieve angina obviously and myocardial ischemia. there was no significant difference(P<0.05). The treatment group especially low dose group have better therapeutic effect than control group. The low dose group had better effect for execellence in ECG improvement. During treating, there is no Severity side effect on patients' health in both treated group and controlled group. That safety index of trial medicine groups up worsening conditions like pretherapy normality / post-treatment abnormality or pretherapy abnormality / post-treatment normality which has some relationship with trial medicine groups was not discovered. Conclusion: Astragaloside IV Glucose has certain clinical effect in treatingangina of coronary artery disease , it has good safety during treatinghyperlipidemia.
