Compound Grams Of A Sense Of Spirit Caused By The Hot Rabbit Fever Mediators And Inflammatory Cytokines In The Role Of Experimental Research, Experimental

Objective: To study the influences of Fu Fang Ke Gan Ling prescription on the temperature, fever mediums and inflammation indexes of febrile rabbits, and discuss preliminarily about the mechanism of the prescription on the favor caused by exogenous pathogens.Methods: The animal model of febrile rabbits was produced by intravenous injection in E coli's endotoxin, which were divided into five groups randomly. Each group was treated by normal saline, Fu Fang Ke Gan Ling, Aspirin, Anti-virus particle respectively, observed the changes of temperature, WBC, PMN proportion and IL-1α's contents before modeling, at the fever peak and after giving medicine. The results was analyse by spss11.5Results: 1. Fu Fang Ke Gan Ling could obviously lower temperature of febrile rabbits. 2. Fu Fang Ke Gan Ling could degrate the counts of WBC and PMN proportion of febrile rabbits. 3. Fu Fang Ke Gan Ling could reduce IL-1α's contents in blood plasm of febrile rabbits.Conclusions: Fu Fang Ke Gan Ling has the effect of lowering fever, anti-inflammation and anti-infection by counteract fever medium and inflammation factor of the animal model of febrile rabbits.
