Objective:Western blotting was used to detect the expression of myocard Gi,Gs,PKA in arrhythmia rats which were stimulated by electro-acupuncture,and explored the effector mechanism of acupuncturing"Neiguan"acupoint to regulat rates in the two-ways. Methods:Rats were injected cordilox to induced brady rhythmia, and aconitine to induced tachyarrhythmia.Using electro-acupuncture stimulating two sides"Neiguan"points after made model. ECG was record by MS2000 media mix biological signal record-analytica system, then observing the change of heart rate (cardiac rhythm); Western blotting was used to detect the expression of myocard Gi,Gs, PKA in arrhythmia rats. Results: Rate was decreased greatly after electro-acupuncture"Neiguan"tachyarrhythmia rats induced by aconitine, and PKA was decreased in myocardium;Rate was increa- sed greatly after Electro-acupuncture"Neiguan"brady-arrhythmia rats induced by corcilox, and Gi,Gs,PKA was increased. Conclusions: Electro-acupuncture stimulating"Nerguan"points can improve cardiac rhythm, which mechanism of action was related to the change of PKA.
