Objective: Understand occurrence of common gynecological diseases and symptom that correlated with ovarian function in ovarian function decline course. Help both doctors and patients knowing the influence of reproductive aging to these diseases and pay close attention to utilize gynecological endocrine consciousness to diagnose and treat these diseases . Among them the functional ovarian cyst-is very common in clinic, it is easy to deal with, but still lack of realization, Currently this disease still lack of researching in systematic reproduction aging course, This research will enhance understanding about the emergence and turnover of this disease.Methods: Review the analyses of 6382 patients who visited in gynecological Endocrinology & women's health center of Peking union medical college hospital from January 2003 to August 2006, patients were divided into 10 groups according to every 5 years period as one age phase, counting the percentage of ovarian cyst, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps, endometrial cancer, uterus myoma, endometriosis, adenomyosis and abnormal uterine bleeding in patients going to a doctor. 45 patients of functional ovarian cyst were observed in declining course of the ovarian function from September 2006 to September 2007, observing its occurrence and transfer situation.Results: The occurrence of the above-mentioned diseases and symptom between 35 to 54 years old increases, especially high in patients age between 40 to 44 years old . The occurrence of functional ovarian cyst in 35 to 39 age phase are relatively high.Conclusions: Reproductive aging has some influence in the occurrence of o gynecology disease and symptom that correlated with the ovarian function, this stage is the highly occurrence stage of these diseases, it is the long term estrogen effect. The occurrence of the functional ovarian cyst is high in the early stage in the ovarian function aging.
