Fructus Leonuri is the mature seed after dryness of labiate Leonurus Japonicus Houtt.It was first recorded in Shennong Agrostology,which was ranked as best.And since then Fructus Leonuri was found in every Agrostology.Fructus Leonuri and the seed are flourishing,so was called as fructus Leinuri,better help is on women and human eyes etc were recorded on BEN CAO GANG MU.But which the other efficacies was proved by current medicine,such as better effectiive to reduce high blood presuer.Now my study is aimed to find the substance with actvity components in Fructus Leonuri.The chemical constitutes extracted from Fructus Leonuri is identifided by chemical methods,¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR.We got two chenmical constitutes.They are tirlioside and rutin;they are extracted from Fructus Leonuri for the first time.On the other hand,we also using SFE-CO₂ in extraction of Fructus Leonuri oil, comparing the quality of Fructus Leonuri oil extracted by common melting agent and SFE-CO₂.The result was tested by orthogonal.The optimal conditions are as followed: pressure is 50MPa,temperature is 45℃,infusing time is 30min and extraction time is 20min. This article record the content of Stachydrine Hydrochloride of Fructus Leonuri;and using GC-MS analysed the Fatty Acid of Fructus Leonuri.Found out there are so much un-saturation fatty acid(86.31%),such as sub-oleic acid,linolenic acid,eicosesoic acid etc.The results showed that the seed and its oil were mourishment and in health protection.Consequently,the conclusion can widen clinical application.The conclusion of this essay can also have momentous practicing meaning and potential value in exploitation and utilization herb resourse of Fructus Leonuri.
