Preparatory work for TFY pills has studied on the preparation and pharmacodynamics, but its effect on the effective components is still not clear.Objective:Concering the comparative study of TFY in the first components of the entry point as the breakthrough point, the transfer of blood-forming and active ingredients in the metabolic process and the effective components for the preparations has been investigated. The improvement of the scientific quality standards and the compatibility theory has laid the foundation of interpretation.Methods:1. With the technical means of column chromatography, recrystallization, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, and so on, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is studied on chemical constituents.2. With the technology of HPLC fingerprints of pills, the atlas is analyzed.3. With the application of HPLC fingerprints, GC-MS, and other technical, serumal pharmaceutical chemistry is invested.
