OBSJECTIVE: By clinical retrospective study of e-antigen negative hepatitis B, master the characters of dialectical criteria, to develop the scientific dialectical criteria of e-antigen negative hepatitis B.METHOD: Survey clinical patients of e-antigen negative hepatitis B in the hospital attached to Chengdu university of TCM(Sichuan province hospital of TCM) from 2004 to 2008, and fill viewing table. At last, analyze the dialectical criteria of TCM, combined with course of disease and every clinical examination.RESULT: Analyzing characters of e-antigen negative hepatitis B from clinical retrospective study of 134 examples of e-antigen negative hepatitis B introduces that the dialectical criteria should be: according to "Chinese National Standard: Clinic terminology of traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment-syndromes (issued in 1997-03-04)".CONCLUSION: e-antigen negative hepatitis B can be mainly typed into: dampness heat emphraxis middle jiao, spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, blood stagnation, dampness emphraxis spleen and stomach, the deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin.
