Yi Skin Ointment In The Treatment Of Unusual Acne-related Mechanism

Objective: To research the mechanism of Yi Fu paste on acne and to provide experimental basis for its clinical applicationMethods : First, the right ear of model rabbits had applied with coal-tar for two weeks ,then made skin pathological section , sured that acne of model was formed., and applied with Yi Fu paste for three weeks. and then used the way of immunohistochemistry to determining its androgen receptor.Second,using the flank organ of Syrian hamster as the modelof the anti-sebaceous hyperplasia , observe Yi Fu paste's effect of the anti-sebaceous hyperplasia. Third, thouth the experimentation of acute auricular swelling in small mice caused by dimethylbenzene , and the influence of acute feet swelling in large mice caused by CAR, and the effect of anti-increaseing of capillary permeability in small mice skin caused by dimethylbenzene, research Yi Fu paste's action on acute inflammation. Lastly, research the action of Yi Fu paste on chronic inflammation.Results: 1 immunohistochemistry showed that rabbits ear skin's androgen receptor in each dose group of Yi Fu paste has been reduced , compared with the model group(P<0.05 or 0.01).2 The flank organ of Syrian hamster in the high dose group of Yi Fu paste is contracted , through group comparison, homonymy comparison before and after treating, and own control . and At the same time, the middle and small -dose group had the tendency of diminution.3 Yi Fu paste can't suppress acute auricular swelling in small mice caused by dimethylbenzene and did not effects on acute feet swelling in large mice induced by CAR. There is't a significantly effect comparing with the normal group (P<0.05). However,it can down-regulate of capillary permeability in small mice skin caused by dimethylbenzene, and show a significant difference compared with the normal group (P<0.01). 4 The weight of granulation tissue of each dose group of Yi Fu paste has lessen, comparing with the normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion : We can conclude that there is three aspects in the mechanism of Yi Fu paste on acne. Firstly ,it can oppose androgen receptor in rabbits ear skin ;secondly,it can decrease the sebaceous hyperplasia; third,it can be against the acute and chronic inflammation.
