The Righting Anticancer Square Np Regimen In Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To study the curative effect in the near future and increase efficiency and reduce toxicity during chemotherapy,according to treat mid-advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) by "FuZhengKangAi Formula" combined with chemotherapy (NP regimen).Methods:52 subjects with mid-advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups,27 patients in the treated group were administered with "FuZhengKangAi Formula" and chemotherapy(NP regimen),25 in the control group with chemotherapy alone.Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms were studied during two periods of treatment.Results:After two periods of treatment,the subjective symptoms,KPS,body weights,the tumor mark(CEA),immune parameters were all significantly improved in the treated group,better than in the control one.But there was no difference between two groups on the size of focus,the toxicity occurent rate and toxic degree ware slighter in the treated group than in the control one.Conclusion:"FuZhengKangAi Formula" and chemotherapy(NP regimen)have plusly curative effect on treating mid-advanced NSCLC,it can alleviate adverse effect of chemotherapy,cause the tumor lump to stable,and improve patient's quality of life, which plays the synergized and reduce toxicity action,and worthing to further deep research.
