Yiqi Tongbi Capsule Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (qdbs) Clinical Studies

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effective of YiQiTongBi Capsule coronary angina pectoris(pattern of Deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood);through comparison with Capsule,and explore the mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application.Methods1.Clinical period:All the patients from Liaoning Hospital of Tcm,conform to the diagnosis standard of angina pectoris and at the same time ,conform to the pattern of Deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood. A number of 48 patients were divided into two groups:Treatment group(30 cases)and Controlled group(30 cases)。2.The medicinal usage:The patients in treatment group were cured with YiQiTongBi Capsule 6 pills each time,3 times a day. And controlled group took XinTongKang Capsule and its similar capsule each 3 pills once,3 times a day.3.The period: Both 4 weeks.4.The curative effective and safety observation: For all the patients,the general conditions,the angina pectoris symptoms,the ECG,the symptoms and signs of TCM,the usage of Nitroglycerin and the safety of the drugs were all observed.In addition,blood route,urine route, stool route, liver and kidney functions, blood liquid and hemorheology were tested before and after the treatment.4.The Stat. method: The data was analyzed after observation. The count materials, the measuring materials and the grade materials were examined with X~2,T-test and Ridit respectively.Result1.The clinical curative effectiveof angina pectoris symptoms:The treatment group:obvious effective rate 53.3 %,progressive rate 23.3%,total effective rate 76.6%.The controlled group: obvious effective rate 10.0%,progressive rate 53.3%,total effective rate 63.3%.The obvious effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(p<0.05).2.ECG: The treatment group: obvious effective rate 26.6%,progressive rate 23.4%,total effective rate 50.0%.The controlled group: obvious effective rate 13.3%,progressive rate 23.3%,total effective rate 36.6%.The obvious effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(p<0.05).3.The therapeutic efficiency of symptoms and signs: The treatment group:obviouseffectiverate 63.3%,progressive rate 26.7%,total effective rate 90.0%.The controlled group: obvious effective rate 16.6%,progressive rate 60.0%,total effective rate 76.6%.The obvious effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(p<0.05).4.The ceased-reduced rate of using of Nitroglycerin: The treatment group:ceased rate 47.3%, reduced rate 26.3%, controlled rate 73.6%.The controlled group: ceased rate 22.2%, reduced rate 44.4%, controlled rate 66.6%. The obvious effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(p<0.05).5.The blood rheology:After treatment,the effect of treatment group were not better than that of the controlled group(p>0.05).6.The blood fat:There was no obvious difference between the two groups.7.The badness and side-effect:There were no side-effects in both groups.ConclusionThis study proved that YiQiTongBi Capsule may relieve symptoms of patients with coronary angina pectoris and improve ECG, symptoms and signs.In a word, YiQiTongBi Capsule has a good prospect for clinic and could be widely used.
