| Purpose:Patients of the Craniocerebral Injury present the trend of increasing day by day at present,and about 48%of patients of the Craniocerebral Injury all behave with the depression,which results patients don't want to participate.therapy.There are the relevant clinical researchs of treatment depression after Craniocerebral Injury by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation both at home and abroad in recent years. Preliminary research indicates,the treatment method without wound is safe and effective,it is hopeful to become a kind of way to treat depression after Craniocerebral Injury,but still lack the clinical materials,has not applied to treat clinically.At the same time a large amount of clinical research in our country shows the electroacupuncture treatment in traditional medical science has certain curative effect to above-mentioned diseases.The study of to the electroacupuncture peculiarly of function in the brain indicate electroacupuncture treatment can influence the course of dealing with the information in the brain through regulating the plasticity of the cortex, at the same time the animal tests proves too that the electroacupuncture can regulate the cortex endocrine supersession,so the electroacupuncture may strengthen the result of RTMS treatment.The research aims at probing into the treatment result with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(RTMS) and the electroacupuncture to treat the depression patient after Craniocerebral Injury,open up a new therapeutical way for the depression patient after Craniocerebral Injury.Method:The 40 depression patients after Craniocerebral Injury assigned at random for the study group(n=20)And contrast group(n=20).The study group used the high frequency(above 10Hz),the low intensity(90%of the land value of movement) passed the cranium magnetic stimulation,last ten seconds,each treatment stimulate 20,each time interval is one minute.The treatment is one times per day,5 days treatment in succession is a course,between the course of treatment are 2days,treat for 3 months altogether.Stimulation position are the forehead,the forehead outside Left deviation and right respectively.at the same time electroacupuncture stimulation was given on last one hundredding,printed by hall, four spirit clever,wind office,imprisonning,three paying,1.5 kilometers of foot, washing cave needle not amazing not electric very much not overcast inside,the course of treatment and treating time and magnetism are amazing.Contrast group is only used stimulate method by RTMS,comparing two groups before and after treatment with Hamilton's depressed quantity form grade(HAMD),bar index,, plasma form amine neurotransmitter(NE) content determine,estimate the clinical effectResult:The study group average HAMD grades reduced(18.42±1.60),contrasts group reduced(15.61±1.17);The average index(Barthel Index) of experiment group rised(15.21±2.87),contrast group rised(13.36±2.17) mmHg, Norepinephrine in the study group plasma rised equally(0.12±0.02) umol/Ls, contrast group rised(0.09±0.01) umol/L.The study group cured 5 peoples,showed the effect 8 peoples;Contrast group cured 3 peoples,showed the effect 7 peoples. There was a remarkable meaning(P＜0.05) in two groups of comparative differences.Conclusion:This research indicates that the magnetic stimulation have certain effect to treat the depression patient after Craniocerebral Injury alone,but comparing the HAMD grade,bar index after treating,patient of group,plasma form amine neurotransmitter(NE) content determine,clinical curative effect shows that only using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation not so good as combining electroacupuncture method to treat the patients.So low intensity,high frequency RTMS combining electroacupuncture method can lighten the depressed symptom of the depression patient after Craniocerebral Injury,improve life quality.The method is safe,effective treatment means. |
