1.Objective:To analyse taken Chinese traditional compound medicine group and training group mice exercise capacity,the dymanics of monoamine neurotransmitter and amino acid neurotransmitter of telencephalon.Discuss the influence of mouse's metabolism of amino-acid.In order to get a better understanding the effect of Chinese native medicine or movement training in improving the animal and human being's Adjustment ability and Anti-fatigue capability of Central nervous system,provideing scientific basis for a better using of Chinese traditional compound medicine in guiding sports training.2.Method:128male wistar mice of randomly were divided into A group(quiet contrast group),B group(training group),C group(quiet with medicine group),D group(training with medicine group).Taken medicine groups were breathed into Chinese traditional compound medicine according to mice weight,the quiet contrast group was breathed into the same amount of purified drinking water.B,D group mice were trained on the animal stage.After 8 weeks,every group mice is randomly divided into 4 subgroups,quiet state,fix quanlify 1 hour execise,exhaustive exercise and exhaustive exercise with 12 hours rest to cut mice head.Measure the content of Lysine(Lys),Methionine (Met),Threonine(Thr),Alanine(Ala),Glutamate(Glu),Cystine(Cys),Serine(Ser)and Glycine (Gly).analysis the single factor variance and the independent sample T-test,and the significant level is p<0.05.3.Result:3.1 The exhaustive exercise time of taken medicine group mice was prolonged obviously.D is very obviously longer than A and B(P<0.01) and C is very obviously longer than A (P<0.01).B is obviously longer than A(P<0.05).The exhaustive exercise time order is D>C>B>A.3.2 Lys content in group D is significantly higher than the C group(P<0.01),C group is significantly lower than the A group and B group(P<0.01);Met content in group D is significantly higher than the B group and C group(P<0.01),B,C group is significantly lower than the A group(P<0.01),Thr content of B,C group is significantly lower than group A(P<0.01, P<0.05);Ala,Glu content in C group and D group significantly higher than that of A group and B group(P<0.01);Cys content of B,C and D group is significantly lower than the A group (P<0.01);Ser content of C and D group is significantly higher than group B(P<0.05,P<0.01),B group and C group is significantly lower than A group(P<0.01,P<0.05);Gly content in C group and D group is significantly higher than the B group(P<0.05,P<0.01),B group is significantly lower than A(P<0.05).3.3 Lys content in group B is significantly higher than A,C and D group(P<0.01),C group is significantly lower than the A group and B group(P<0.01),D group is significantly higher than the C group(P<0.01);Met content of A group is significantly higher than the other 3 groups(P<0.01);Thr content in D group is significantly higher than the B group and C group(P<0.05);Ala content of D group is significantly higher than the C group(P<0.05);Glu content in C group and D group are significantly higher than the A group and B group(P<0.05), B group is significantly lower than the A group(P<0.01);Cys content of D group is significantly higher than the B group and C group(P<0.01,P<0.05),A group is significantly higher than the C group and B group(P<0.05);Ser content of D group is significantly higher than the other 3 groups(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01),C group is significantly lower than B group(P<0.05);Gly content of D group is significantly higher than the C group(P<0.05),C group significantly lower than the A group and B group(P<0.05,P<0.01).3.4 Lys content in group C is significantly lower than the A group and B group(P<0.01),B group is significantly higher than the A group(P<0.05);Met content in group D is significantly lower than the B group(P<0.01),B group is significantly higher than the A group(P<0.05);Thr content in group D is significantly higher than the A Group(P<0.01);Ala content of C group is significantly lower than A group and B group(P<0.05);Glu content in C group and D group is significantly higher than the A group and B group(P<0.05);Cys content of C group is significantly lower than A group and B group(P<0.01,P<0.05);Ser content of D group is significantly higher than the A group and C group(P<0.05).3.5 The content of Lys,Thr,Glu,Cys,Gly is no significant difference between each other(P>0.05);Met content of C and D group are significantly lower than the A grou(P<0.01)p, D group is significantly higher than the C group(P<0.05);Ala content of group B and C are significantly higher than the A group(P<0.01,P<0.05),D group is very significantly lower than B(P<0.01),but significantly lower than C group(P<0.05);Ser content of B group is significantly higher than the A group(P<0.05),C group is significantly lower than B group(P<0.05).4.Conclusion:4.1 Preparation of compound Chinese medicine can effectively improve exercise capacity of rats,and significantly prolonges the exhaustive exercise time,and has a synergy of exercise training to improve the ability of movement.4.2 In a quiet state,through long-term moderate intensity training,the intervention of Chinese medicine compound can improve the use of amino acids in rats telencephalon,and in favor of client protein synthesis.4.3 During the process of recovery after exhaustive exercise,the recovery of Lys,Thr,Glu, Cys,Gly content in the rats telencephalon is faster than the others;compound Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of Met,Ala,Serin in rats telencephalon.
