Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ERCC1,MMP-7 and Livin in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method The expression of ERCC1,MMP-7 and Livin was detected in 30 NSCLC and normal lung tissues as control by immunohistochemical method PV-6000 Polymer Detection system. Results The expression positive rate of ERCC1 in the NSCLCs was 53.3%,of no significant difference than that of the control. The expression level of ERCCI was closely related to pathological clssification and lymph node metastasis. The expression positive rate of MMP-7 in the NSCLCs was 80%,significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The expression level of MMP-7 was closely related to lymph node metastasisand and clinical stages. The expression positive rate of Livin in the NSCLCs was 70%,significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The expression level of Livin was closely related to pathological clssification and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The abmormal expression of ERCC1,MMP-7 and Livin may play an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC,and may become a useful biological marker in judging the development of NSCLC.The detection of ERCC1,MMP-7 and Livin may be helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with MSCLC.
