ObjectiveTo detect the expression of ERCC1 and RRM1 in non-small cell lung carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and discuss its clinical significance.MethodsThe expression of ERCC1 and RRM1 in 54 cases of NSCLC lung tissue samples and the corresponding adjacent tissues were detected by RT-PCR.Results1. ERCC1 has an highly expression in lung cancer, and pathological types were no related(P>0.05);Expression of ERCC1 has closely relation with lymph node metastasis of lymph node.Expression of ERCC1 in negative transfer was significantly lower than lymph node-positive group (P<0.05);Expression of ERCC1 in highly differentiated group was significantly higher than the other, the poorly differentiated level group(P<0.05);Expression of ERCC1 mRNA in adjacent tissues (18 cases,33.33%) was significantly decreased (P<0.05) compared with expression of NSCLC(45 cases,83.33%).2. RRM1 has an highly expressed in lung cancer, and pathological types are closely related. Expression of RRM1 in positive in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than other types of NSCLC (P<0.05); Expression of RRM1 has closely relation with lymph node metastasis of lymph node. Expression of RRM1 in positive group was significantly lower than lymph node negative group (P<0.05); Expression of RRM1 in highly differentiated levels group was significantly lower than the other, the low differentiation degree group (P<0.05); Expression of RRM1 mRNA in adjacent tissues (15 cases,27.78%), was significantly decreased compared with NSCLC(40 cases,74.07%) positive expression (P<0.05).3. Expression of RRM1 has an positively correlated to expression of ERCC1 in NSCLC (r=0.808, P<0.01). Conclusions1. Expression of RRM1 has a certain links to pathology of NSCLC, but the expression of ERCC1 has no links to pathology of NSCLC.2. Expression of RRM1 has an positively correlated to expression of ERCC1 in NSCLC tumor tissue.3. Expression of ERCC1 mRNA and RRM1 mRNA in NSCLC tumor tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues.4. ERCC1 and RRM1 can serve as a detection index to judge lymphatic metastasis of NSCLC, and also available as a new target for clinical treatment.
