Objective:To set up pure cerebral concussion(PCC) and multiple cerebral concussion(MCC).To observe the changes of hydrolytic enzyme and uesicae transporter in the cholinergic neurons and roceptor in the GABAergic neurons following cerebral concussion(CC) in rats.Methods:The CC rats model was developed by a metallic pendulum-striker device,the changes of cholinergic neuron and GABAergic neuron were studied by ACHE antibody,VAChT antibody and GABABR2 anbibody immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression of ACHE,VAChT and GABABR2 declined in the encephalic region which are correlated with study and memory comparing with the control after CC.But different structure reach the lowest point and begin recovery in a quite different time.By the 24d after injury the ACHE,VAChT and GABABR2 expression expression has been close to or lower than the control.Conclusions:The changes of ACHE and VAChT in the cholinergic nervous system and the changes of GABABR2 in the GABAergic nervous system declined in the encephalic region which are correlated with study and memory in CC rats.The change of cholinergic neurons and the GABAergic neurons may be correlated with study and memory deficits after CC.
