As the most effective instrument for human brain research, imaging techniques provide visible measures of brain structure and function for its advantage. As neuron imaging, it can extracted provide information of interesting from the essence of brain structure and function. This is a great way for us to make further exploration of human brain structure and function. This Paper is mainly about the methodology and its application of brain data analysis. There are two principal methods employed in MTI analysis: region-of-interest and whole-brain, voxel-based analysis. Many people study how dates have adopted the former, manually defining ROIs on the unregistered images. This allows a powerful examination of regions selected on the basis of existing information. However, because the placement of ROIs is subjective, this should be guided by unambiguous criteria and with demonstrated intrarater reliability. Comparing with ROI methods, it doesn't need prior information, for instance the symptom, which overcomes the drawback of the ROI methods. In this paper, we use this method to analysis the early-onset schizophrenia and adult-onset schizophrenia. We used VBA in MTI data processing, then try to analysis some data. As the result shown, AOS patients and EOS patients have differences in the colossal convolution and cerebellum. The MTR is lower in the EOS. This result is accord to the prevent result that used other technology such as DTI.And in this paper, we not only use the structure image to do some research but also analysis the epilepsy of animal model, such as Macaca mulatta. Some researchers try to use fMRI to analysis animal experiment. Most of them are conduct experiments and physiological mechanism. In this paper,we cooperate with West China Hospital Neurology to do experiment data analysis, and we used T-test method to analysis fMRI data. The result shows that when the epilepsy attacked, the temporal lobe of monkey's brain show strong activity. This is accord to our model making and monkey's performance. In this paper, we also discuss the experiment and data analysis method.
