This paper reports the comprehensive studies on the chemical constituent of aerial parts of the Lysimachia christinae Hance. It can be damp elimination, pyretolysis and diahowering detumescence. It is reported that the total flavonoids in this plant could promote biliation,egestion, urinate and remove urinary calculus.Now,the main extract method is traditional decoction with water. But the preparation that made by this extract method single dosis is too much, so optimize extract technology is necessary.This topic made use of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction technology to extract the chlorophyll, and investigated the influent factors of extraction rate by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. After that determins the best technology. Simultaneous, investigated the influent factors of different solvent and methods, chosen the flavonoids in the plant as detecition index, the result indicates the decocting method with water can extract the flavonoids sufficiently, and determins the best extraction parameter of the decocting method by the orthogonal experiment.In this topic, reseached the influence factors of separation the flavonoids with the membrane ultrafiltration technology, chosen membrane flux and the total solid yeild as index to progress the single factor experiment, then determins the best techonology index.This topic explores a scientific and rationale technology method to extract and separate the flavonoids composition from the plant, reduces the dosage and promotes the clinical curative effect, and establishes the foundation of industrialization manufacture. One of the new ideas is the green technology also can guarantee medication safety. This topic obtains 25 chemical compounds that extracted by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, analysises these chemical compounds with GC-MS, and literature retrieval shows 20 of that is no reports. So this is the second of the new ideas.This topic obtains three chemical compands from the plant methanol educt, they are 7, 2'- dihydroxy-3',4'- dimethoxyl isoflavan-7-O-β-D- glucopyranoside, aurantiamarin and daucosterol. The 7, 2'- dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyl isoflavan-7-O-β-D- glucopyranoside is the first detection in the plant. This detection establishes the foundation for elucidating the pharmacodynamic action's mass. It is the third of this topic's new ideas.
