Objective:To study and research the mechanism between some traditional Chinese drugs which contain berberine and the Glycyrrhiza uralensis during decoction process from both molecular level and medico-level,to reveal some physicochemical property of the reaction product.Method:To determine the reaction quotient of the chemical reaction, which happened between the Glycyrrhizic- acid-mono -sylvite and the Berberine hydrochloride in the water solution by HPLC;To identify the reaction products by HPLC simultaneously; To compare and analyses the infrared spectrum of the Dipl- berberine-mono -glycyrrhetate and the reaction's reagent by quantitative - infrared spectrometry; To approach the influences from the mole ratio of reaction's reagent, the temperature of system, the pH value of circumstance to this chemical reaction; To investigate the dissolvability of the Dipl- berberine - mono- glycyrrhetate by weighting method; To discriminate the sedimentum when is generated during the decocting-procedure of the single or complex combinations contained the Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendri and the Radix Glycytthizae by TLC.Conclusion:1.The reaction quotient of the chemical reaction, which happened between the Glycyrrhizic - acid - mono-sylvite(A) and the Berberine hydrochloride(B) in the water-solut-ion is 2:1,the reaction formulas are 2A+Bâ†'A2B.2.The IR spectrum of the Dipl-berberine- mono-glycyrr-hetate is quite different from the reaction's reagent.3.During this chemical reaction, the availability of Berberine mole ratio of reaction's reagent, the quality of the sediment is impacted by the PH value significantly.4.The solubility of the sediment are 1.3×10-5(25℃),and 2.5×10*-5)g (100℃)5.the Dipl-berberine- mono-glycyrrhetate is found in all kind of sedimentums no matter which is generated during the decocting-procedure of the single or complex combinations contained the Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendri and the Radix Glycytthizae.
