| Purpose: To study the curative effect of Zhen wutong Decoction on DN。Method: Prospective randomized controlled experiments. Sixty DN patients were divided equally into the experiment group and the control group.Under the basic diabetic treatment , the experiment group supplemented Zhen wutong Decoction , the group treated with capoten . After eight weeks of treatment and observation , statistical processing and analyses were conducted of both the clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the major laboratory indicators.Result: The total efficacy was singnificantly different for the experiment group(86.67%) and the control group(60.00%). In the experiment group ,theer demonstrated a singnificant before-ang-after-treatment difference(P<0.01)in terms of improving clinical symptoms, reducing urinary protein, enhancing rental functions, lowering thelevels of blood sugar, fat and pressure.A marked inter-group difference(P<0.05) was also found in terms of improving clinical symptoms, reducing urinary protein, lowering thelevels of blood sugar, fat and pressure. As for improvement of rental functions, the experiment group played a role similar to the control group.Conclusion: The experiment group was ahead of the control group interns of therapeutic effect.(1)improve symptoms of patients (2)regulate blood glucose and lipid metabolism ;(3) improve abnormal blood theology, defer development of glomerulosclerosis ; . (4) obviously decrease urinary protein excretion , regulate glomerular filtration function, protect nephron and defer DN development. |
