Clinical Observation Of Qin Zhen Combined With She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang In The Treatment Of Pulmonary And Renal Deficiency Type Of Bi Qiu

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of simply using She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang and Qin Zhen combined with She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang in the treatment of pulmonary and renal deficiency type of Bi Qiu patients.In this study,a randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of two intervention methods in the treatment of pulmonary and renal deficiency type of Bi Qiu,with Qin Zhen combined with She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang and She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang alone as the control.The purpose of this study was to explore the advantages of Oral Chinese medicine combined with Qin Zhen in the treatment of pulmonary and renal deficiency type of Bi Qiu,and to provide a basis for the clinical application of this method.Research methods: this research adopts randomized,controlled clinical design,selection of 60 cases in line with the lungs kidney deficiency type of Bi Qiu,participants were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group 30 cases,treatment group 30 cases.The control group taking the early stage of the project of proven efficacy She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang avoid Fried particles,the experimental group patients taking She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang avoid Fried particles,on the basis of combined therapy with Qin Zhen.Both groups received 1 course of treatment for 1 week and 4 consecutive courses of treatment.The Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used as the subjective efficacy evaluation index for patients in the control group and the experimental group,and the nasal resistance test was used as the objective index.Results: a total of 60 eligible subjects with allergic rhinitis were included in this study.During the treatment,three patients in the control group fell off,none in the test group,27 in the control group and 30 in the test group.By collecting data and statistical analysis it is concluded that: 1.The group comparison: within 1 week after treatment,the treatment group patients with nasal congestion,sneezing single score,VAS scores and nasal resistance is significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),the control group patients VAS score was not seen the obvious change(P > 0.05),but the nasal resistance than before treatment(P < 0.05),4 weeks after treatment,the VAS score before treatment in both groups and nasal resistance were significantly lower(P <0.05),two groups of patients during follow-up rating,nasal resistance and 4 weeks after treatment has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).2.Comparison between groups:after one week of treatment,the nasal obstruction score,VAS total score and nasal resistance value of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and during follow-up,there was no statistical difference in the scores and nasal resistance value between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang and Qin Zhen combined with She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang were effective in treating patients with pulmonary and renal deficiency type of Bi Qiu patients.2.She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pulmonary and renal asthenia type of Bi Qiu,and in the short term(1 week)after combining with Qin Zhen,it can significantly improve the improvement effect of She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang on the nasal symptoms of patients with pulmonary and renal asthenia type of Bi Qiu,especially in the aspects of nasal congestion and sneezing.3.Qin Zhen combined with She Ti Zhi Qiu Tang has good safety and high patient compliance in the treatment of Bi Qiu,which is worthy of in-depth research and clinical promotion.
