Clinical Studies In Kidney And Brain Fried-free Granules Treatment Of Vascular Dementia (deficiency Of Kidney Essence Phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To make Objective evaluation of BushenJiannao single herbal concentrate-granules on vascular dementia (Kidney Deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis type) Clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: This clinical trial were included 48 cases of vascular dementia (Kidney Deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis type) patients, a randomized, parallel-controlled method of drug-positive study. 48 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 24 cases, 24 cases of the control group.Treatment group were given BushenJiannao single herbal concentrate-granules (drug by Jiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Jiangsu days provided) 150ml, daily oral 2; control group given Duxil tablets (by the French pharmaceutical firm Servier production, Shanghai Faldan packaging) 40mg, daily oral 2, treated for 8 weeks. Observed during the service stopped all treatment in patients with vascular dementia drug. After observing two groups of patients before and after the medication had no significant adverse reactions, indicating the two drugs in treatment of vascular dementia, the side effects have been found.Results: After BushenJiannao single herbal concentrate-granules efficacy, safety and adverse reactions, such as statistical analysis, the treatment group the total effective rate was 52.4%, control group, the total effective rate was 52.5 percent, compared to two sets of efficacy there was no significant difference significance (P> 0.05), note the two groups there was no significant difference.Conclusion: The results showed that the improvement of Cognitive Function Bushen Behavior Jiannao free decoction made Duxil consistent with the effect, and in the context of TCM Syndrome Duxil effective than, for most of the improvement in symptoms, effects are better than Duxil .
