Objective:To approach the effect of dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces on small intestine' morphology and movement of the spleen difficiency syndrome mice.Methods:1.The maleness Kunming Mice were divided into 5 groups:normal group, model group,dry Radix ginseng herbal medicine group,dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group and dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces 1/2 dose group,which were duplicated spleen difficiency animal model by reserpine,which was given isotonic Na chloride, dry Radix ginseng ultramicro filter,and dry Radix ginseng decoction respectively.To observe their change of BM and the effect of diff-dosage form of dry Radix ginseng on intestine propulsion.2.To observe the morphology and the changes of Ultrastructur of jejunal segment of intestine by light microscope HE-dyeing and electron-microscope.3.To observe each group's express level of CAMmRNA applying RT-PCR.Results:1.After 14 days of giving reserpine,each group of spleen deficiency'BM comparing with normal group,they have extremely significant difference(P<0.001).There were significant difference between dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group and model group(P<0.01),which show that the recovery of dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group surpass model group.There were significant difference between dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group and dry Radix ginseng herbal medicine group(P<0.05).2.Intestine propulsion of spleen deficiency mice all accelerate.Each treatment group all alter intestine motor function in degree,which dry Radix ginseng herbal medicine group,dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group and dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces 1/2 dose group comparing with model group,they have significant difference(P<0.05),but there have no significant difference between the three treatment group,show that dry Radix ginseng can resist accentuation of intestinal motility by reserpine3.After administration,villi of small intestine become thin and short, cylindrical epithelium have the changes of being cube,membrana propria have the changes of being vacuolus.The thee treatment group's morphology and ultrastructur being refined,which dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group have obvious effect.4.There have certain level of expression of CAM in normal mice,which it increased after modeling.The CAM expression of the three treatment group is decline,which they have significant difference between model group. There were significant difference between dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces group and dry Radix ginseng herbal medicine group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between dry Radix ginseng ultramicro-decoction pieces 1/2 dose group and dry Radix ginseng herbal medicine group.Conclusion:1.Dry Radix ginseng can increase the body weight of spleen deficiency mice, and improve movement capacity and repair the mucosa of small intestine.2.The technology of being Superfine Powder can improve the movement function of spleen deficiency mice and the capacity of repair the intestine's mucosa.The 1/2 dose group have the considerable effect with herbal medicine group.3.Dry Radix ginseng can regulate the expression of CAMmRNA of spleen deficiency mice,which is one of the mechanism in improving intestinal motility.
