Different Temperature And Time On The Impact Of The Human Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the effect of different temperature and period affect human tongue Squamous carcinoma cells(TCA8113) on cell morphology and apoptosis.Methods: Tongue squamous carcinoma cells were heated to 42℃30 min,60 min,90 min,46℃10 min,20 min,30 min,50℃5 min,10 min,15 min Water-bath heating ,then cells apoptosis and cell cycle were analyzed through flow cytometry(FCM ) after 24 hours.Results: The flow cytometry showed that the rate of tumor cells apoptosis 46℃30 min,50℃10 min,15 min groups compared with control group the results were statistically significant. The rate of tumor cells necrosis 46℃20 min,30 min, 50℃10 min,15 min groups compared with control group the results were statistically significant.Conclusion: Hyperthermia for cell killing effect of a dose-dependent manner, 50℃10 min is a more satisfactory treatment of the parameters.?...
