Compound Solanum The Prunella Water Decoction Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory, Antipyretic Effect Of Preliminary Study, | | Posted on:2010-06-20 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H F Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2204360302958153 | Subject:Basic Theory of TCM | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objectives: Studying national medicine prescription Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum function of paregoric and anti-inflammatory and allaying a fever, so as to explore curative effect and mechanism of treatment upper respiratory tract infection for it's clinical use.Methods: Experimental technique of the glacial acetic acid lead to the mouse writhing and xylene to send mouse swelling of ear and glacial acetic acid to send mouse abdominal cavity blood capillary permeability and smoking and intratracheal injection LPS duplication chronic bronchitis rat model and rabbit ear intravenous injection bacillus coli endotoxin to send fever were used to observe function of the paregoric and anti-inflammatory and antifebric of the Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum , experimental animal were divided into Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum high,middle,low group dose and control group .To survey mouse writhing frequency and swelling of ear dimension and absorbance of the abdominal cavity blood capillary permeability and content that rat blood-serum (TNF-α) and(IL-1β)and to observation rat lung architecture pathomorphism change and (BALF) total cellular score and inflammation-cell differential count and rabbit temperature.Results: The glacial acetic acid lead to the mouse writhing frequency and xylene to send mouse swelling of ear were restrained by Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum high,middle and low dose group, that had statistical significance(P<0.01); glacial acetic acid to send mouse abdominal cavity blood capillary permeability were degraded by Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum high and middle dose group,that had statistical significance(P<0.01); Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum high and middle dose group that could improve smoking and intratracheal injection LPS duplication chronic bronchitis rat model and depress rat blood-serum TNF-αand IL-1βcontent that had statistical significance (P<0.01 or P<0.05); Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum high,middle,low dose group and aspirin group that could restrain significantly rabbit ear intravenous injection bacillus coli endotoxin to send fervescence that had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusions:Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum has certain paregoric and anti-inflammatory and allaying a fever function,and this maybe one of it's mechanisms for clinical application on acute upper respiratory infections. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fu Fang Bai Mao Xia Ku Cao Water Decoctum, upper respiratory tract infection animal experiment, TNF-α, IL-1β | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
