Object:This study based on medical records of 84 patients with chronic bronchitis. Through the decision tree model and cost-effectiveness analysis, make pharmacoeconomic analysis of use antibiotics alone and in combination with antibiotic use Tanreqing injection, find the better drug program to chronic bronchitis patient in clinical markedly and clinical efficient. And from sputum color quality, cough, asthma, signs, X-ray five individual symptoms on medication alone group and combined group pharmacoeconomic analysis, find out the optimum drug program, finally instruct clinical rational drug use.Method:(1) Documentary Research:Searching and sorting articles of Tanreqing and use in the clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis, to master the basic situation of clinical use of drugs, the treatment effect and adverse reactions, and find out the current research problems, then make a preliminary design of the research ideas. (2) Decision tree model:Create a decision tree model on drug costs for patients hospitalized, then through decision tree model to calculate the antibiotics alone group and the combined use of antibiotics Tanreqing the expected cost of drugs used, finally for the cost-effectiveness analysis. (3) Cost-effective analysis:use cost-effectiveness analysis to compare the single drug group with combined group on clinically markedly and effectual, and use cost-effectiveness analysis in color quality of clinical sputum, cough, asthma, signs, X-ray symptoms of the five individual indicators, find the relative optimum clinical treatment programs.Result:(1) Documentary research result:Through the literature search, found that no pharmacoeconomic studies on the treatment of chronic bronchitis and acute exacerbation use of Tanreqing injection. Existing research has focused on the therapeutic effects of drugs, but most of the existing studies on effect did not use a appropriate standards, and the final analysis will be the simple sum of the effects, making the existing research on Tanreqing exist limitations in the literature. (2) Clinical cost-effectiveness analysis result:In clinical markedly Cost-effectiveness analysis, single treatment group cost-effective is 40.2, combined group's cost-effective is 26.8, showing that the combination group of cost-effectiveness ratio is better than single drug group; In clinical effective Cost-effectiveness analysis, single treatment group cost-effective is 13.9, combined group's cost-effective is 13.2, showing that the combination group of cost-effectiveness ratio is better than single drug group. (3) Single clinical symptom cost-effectiveness analysis:In color quality of sputum, cough, cost-effectiveness analysis, the combined group's cost-effective is better than single treatment group; in asthma, signs, X-ray cost-effectiveness analysis, single drug group is better than the combination group. Conclusion:Based on the results of cost-effectiveness analysis, we got following conclusions:(1) Antibiotic combined with Tanreqing grope is better than antibiotic group on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, Therefore clinical patients suffering from bronchitis Tanreqing injection should be used in combination with antibiotic therapy. (2) Tanreqing injection combined antibiotic therapy is better for severe cough, sputum patients. (3) Patients with severe asthma, clinical signs, X-ray performance to be taken with antibiotic therapy alone therapy.
