Background:Unstable angina is a common type of the CHD, which is treated by the early intervention principles. At the clinical practice, usually a few of UA patients with chest pain attack go to hospital.Until did the chest pain occurred for a long period of time that most patients go to hospital. At the same time, ischemia has mitigated, ECG is normal or not diagnostic significient and myocardial necrosis markers is normal. Therefore, early diagnosis of UA poses difficulties. Because UA associates with Pathology change of inflammatory process, platelet activation and ischemic change, inflammatory markers, platelet activation specifications and myocardial ischemia markers are of great significance in the early diagnosis of determination for UA at unstable angina attack. Objective:To test for chest pain patients' Ischemia Modified Albumin(IMA), P-selectin(P-set) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) concentration;and to determine whether there is a significance in three-joint early dialnosis of UAMethods:TO select 103 patients with acute chest pain episode 5 hours as a case group, of which involve 45 patients with unstable angina (UA),34 cases stable angina (SA),24 cases with non-myocardial ischemia patients with chest pain (NICP) additionally chose 66 health cases as a control group.Secondly to detect serum IMA concentrations of various groups by ACB method and serum concentration of P-set and hs-CRP by ELISA sets. To CAG for all cases in the case group. According to the risk, the number of cornary artery disease and the different gensini, serum IMA,P-set and hs-CRP results are analyzed in the various groups. Finally the serum IMA,P-set and hs-CRP results, either separately or combinatedly with the final diagnosis of UA,are analyzed comprehensive. TO evaluate sensitivity of three biochemical joint diagnosis for UA.Result:It is an abvious significance that the levels of P-selectin,CRP and IMA in patients with UA are higher than other three groups(P<0.05).Furthermore the sensitivity by joint detecting the three biochemical indicators were higher than the other independent detecting groups (P<0.00833). Compared high-risk group with the other two groups,it is an abvious significance that the levels of P-selectin,CRP and IMA in patients with UA (P<0.05). Compared three-lesion group with the other two groups,it is an abvious significance that the levels of P-selectin,CRP and IMA in patients with UA (P<0.05). Compared>40 group with the other two groups,it is an abvious significance that the levels of P-selectin,CRP and IMA in patients with UA (P<0.05).Conclusion:Probably the sensitivity in the early diagnosis of UA is improved by three-joint detection of IMA,P-set and hs-CRP which has the vital value on the early diagnosis and determining disease'state.
