Objective Detected the and Compared the P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY in different crowds,then to explore the relationship between P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCYandACS.Method(1)According to the history of chest pain and electrocardiogram(ecg) changes of the patients after admission, changes in myocardial enzymology and coronary angiography results are divided into ACS group, SAP group and the control group.According to the results of coronary angiography to calculate the ACS group, SAP Gensini total points, according to the median of total integral client can be divided into low(< 22.5) and high packet(> 22.5)According to the results of coronary angiography to ACS and SAP patients of coronary artery lesion severity is divided into single lesion group, the double branch lesions and multivessel diseasegroup;(2)To compare CS group, SAP group and the control group with P- select element, Hs- CRP and HCY levels;(3)Compared the P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY level in different number of coronary artery lesions groups;(4) Compared the P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY levels in different Genisi Score groups;(5) Using Logistic multiple regression analysis methods to analyze the influence of P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY level to ACS occurred.(6)Explore the relationship between P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCYandACS.Result(1)History of three groups of patients age, history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, TC,TG,HDL-L, liver function, kidney function had no obvious difference(P>0.05);In patients with ACS group LDL- C level higher than the SAP group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY level in ACS group was obvious higher than control group and SAP group(P<0.05),the P-selectin and Hs-CRP level in SAP group was obvious higher than control group(P<0.05);(3)The P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY level of patients with more coronary artery branch lesion were obvious higher than patients with one or double coronary artery branch lesions(P<0.05), the P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY level of patients with double coronary artery branch lesions were obvious higher than patients with one coronary artery branch lesion(P<0.05);(4)The P-selectin, Hs-CRP and HCY level in high Genisi score group were obvious higher than low Genisi score group(P<0.05);(5)LDL-c?P-selectin?Hs-CRP and HCY were the independent risk factors of ACS.Conclusion When ACS occurs the inflammatory response is activated, the heavier coronary artery lesions in inflammatory response, the more obvious;LDL-C?P-selectin?Hs-CRP and HCY were the independent risk factors of ACS.
