Aconite can be used to treat Disease like Yang Shuai Yin Sheng,Feng Han Shi Bi,Shui Shi Zhong Man, cold coagulation pain and suffering, especially to save lives in the dying, and usually it has significant effect, however Aconite is toxic,so safe clinical use of aconite, not only to achieve the best efficacy, and minimize side effects, has been a subject worthy of study.Based on the national 973 project on "Toxic Chinese medicine clinical research", As the research object aconite, we start to carry on literature review and experimental research above safe dose of aconitine, the longest time, and with what drug can reduce the toxicity, and hope to provide a secure basis and guidance for clinical safe application of aconite.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part of the review, around aconite general conditions, toxic effects and how to attenuate, literature review for clinical application of aconite security for reference will been started.The second part verify acute toxicity test of decoction obtained from the different boiling conditions. With the development of society, Boiling machine of TCM came into being. Currently, many pharmacies, hospitals are using Boiling machine of TCM to provide for the needs of boiling processing services. Facilitate extracting machine can improve the efficiency of boiling, reduce the workload of traditional Chinese medicines to ensure hygiene requirements. But with the aconite decoction of Chinese medicine compound extracting machine, the multi-agent boil togather, aconite isn't boiled first, it is boiled togather with the other drug, and then the traditional decoction need to be boiled firstly, The security of boiling machine of TCM of this decoction aconite is worth believed? In this study, we use current two methods to boiling the clinical used decoction consist of aconite,We use this decoction to carry on acute toxicity experiment, responsing in mice and indicators related to provide a scientific basis for safe clinical application of aconite.The third part are some records some doctors safe cases of using aconite.Our department study the rheumatologist,we have lots of Arthralgia patients,more opportunities for more applications of aconite,also accumulated some experience which will also include in this reference.Literature review of this topic, summarized the clinical safety use of modern times on the dose of aconite,decoction,compatibility and other general laws.For the first study on the safety experiments on Chinese medicine compound boiled by the method of Boiling machine of TCM and concluded:Now this mothod that the hospital boiling aconite decoction by boiling machine of TCM is safe and we have not found its side effects in our clinical applications by now.
