MRSA is not resistant to vancomycin, but resistant to other all antimicrobial. MRSA is widely high resistance and multiple drug-resistant bacteria, use of vancomycin is facing selection pressure, because of some side effect that vancomycin resistance staphylococcus aureus (VRSA), renal toxicity of vancomycin and dysbacteriosis. thus exploration and understand antibacterial effect of TCM is very necessary。Tanreqing-injection consist of radix scutellariae, bear gallbladders powder, horns, honeysuckle and forsythia, They can reduce fever, detoxicate, resolve phlegm, so It have a better effects that Tanreqing-injection is used for pneumonia with phlegm and fever. Modern pharmacology study suggests that Tanreqing-injection have all these action that resisting bacteria, reducing fever, cough stop, resolving phlegm. In order to find safer and effective drug treatment for pneumonia MRSA, I observated and researched the clinical effect of Tanreqing-injection treating MRSA pneumonia for learning it's treatment effect.100 cases of MRSA infectious pneumonia were diagnosed phlegmy heat resistance in lung by TCM. They were divided into two groups randomly,50 cases in test group and 50 cases in control group. Besides both two groups were gaven basic treatment, Tanreqing-injection ivgtt Qd in test group, saline injection ivgtt Qd in control group,10d for a period. After treatment,that the patients'recovery condition of major symptoms, the objective index, and the total score changes were abserved. Statistical analysis by SPSS10.0 for window software.Results show It have a significantly better effects that Tanreqing-injection +vancomycin-injection treat MRSA pneumonia than pure vancomycin treatment (P< 0.05). After treatment, comparison of the two groups show there is statistically significance at the integral of fever, phlegm, cough, asthma, and pulmonary detect rales, tongue, moss, pulse, X-ray, etiology check of phlegm (p< 0.05). After treatment, the accumulated integral in test group is 0.93±2.13,4.65±3.74 in control group, there is statistically significance between two groups (p<0.05). test group with 72.0% significant efficiency have better therapeutic effect than control group with 48.0%significant efficiency (P<0.01)。Tanreqing-injection has certain inhibition on MRSA, but not enough to kill the bacteria. Therefore we need to combination vancomycin with Tanreqing-injection to treat MRSA pneumonia.Why is that combination vancomycin with Tanreqing-injection to treat MRSA pneumonia have better effection than pure vancomycin treatment? It is there are Baicalin, bile salts, chlorogenic acid, the vision of chlorogenic acid, forsythia bge in Its components, they have these action that resisting bacteria, anti-inflammation, resolving phlegm and so on. So Tanreqing-injection and vancomycin are collaborative on resistance to infection, Tanreqing-injection raise curative effect, shorten the time and dosage of the use of vancomycin, thus greatly reduce side-effect of vancomycin. That combination vancomycin with Tanreqing-injection open a new road for the clinical treatment of MRSA infectious pneumonia. |
