The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Tanreqing Injection In Treating Ventliator-associated Pneumonia(VAP)

Objective:To retrospectively analysis the effection.of Tanreqing Injection on the patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), In order to provide a more reasonable selected method for Clinical medication.Menthod:According to the Diagnostic standard of ventilator-associated pneumonia60patients were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group(30cases,treated with Tanreqing Injection and Antibiotics) and the control group(30cases,treated with Antibiotics).Before and after treatment, observe the improvenents of Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score(CPIS)、Procalcitonin (PCT)、Body temperature C reaction protein (CRP) And the differences between two groups were observed equally.Result:Before treatment TCM syndrome score and APACHE II score of two groups were no significant difference(p>0.05),similar severity of the disease.The two groups after treatment decreased TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),the treatment group than in the control group decreased more significantly (P<0.05).After treated5days and7days.the treatment group compared with the control group,There difference in CPIS and PCT was significantly statistical difference.Conclusion:Effect of Tanreqing Injection on the patients with ventilator associated pneumonia has a good role of adjuvant therapy.
