Apoplexy is one of the serious diseases at present which can cause death or physical disability and impose heavy financial burdens on the society and families.There are two methods of diagnosing and curing apoplexy. Along with the validation of clinical practice and scientific studies, the disease binding model have been accepted by more and more medical scholars. This thesis expatiates and discusses from the following four aspects.Firstly, this thesis briefly expatiates the archaic and latter-day and modern researches about apoplexy in order to obtain the systemic and integrated comprehension and mastery about this disease.Via analyzing correlative literatures,We should make more efforts on carrying through its study of syndrome and its criterion of diagnosis in order to provide clinical practice and scientific research with a foundation stone.Secondly, it is difficult for the traditional methods of clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of Chinese medicine to adapt to the development of the modern society that seriously influences the course for Chinese medicine coming into the world.Therefore, it is really important to found a scientific,objective and comprehensive system for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of Chinese medicine so as to combine Chinese medicine with other subjects better and then improve the level of diagnosis and the cure rate of apoplexy. It is a complicated and formidable system engineering. So, many workers and investigators who are dedicated to medicine have done different researches, such as, the randomized controlled trial, the method of evidence-based medicine, the longitudinal data analysis methods causal model, the framework for design and evaluation of complex interventions, the concept of uncertainty mathematics,etc.And then they have obtained some productions,however they also could not found the idea or measure to completely include all the contents and meanings of the system of clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of Chinese medicine.How we can resolve this problem? It needs more and more workers and investigators who are dedicated to medicine to discuss and study and validate this question more profoundly in the future.Thirdly, the clinical therapeutic effect evaluations for stroke not only include biological indexs and assessment indexs which could reflect the prognosis of a disease,but also involve the scales of the three levels for stroke.In order to validate the validity of the stroke scales,more and more people who are dedicated to medicine have done various tests and studies.Gradually, the therapeutic effect evaluations for stroke turns to synthetical assessment about multiple scales instead of the previous single scale.Finally, because of the particular system info and therapeutic advantage about the traditional Chinese medicine, apoplexy differs from stroke in the model of clinical therapeutic effect evaluation.At present,the criterion of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of apoplexy could not cover all the contents of the system for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of apoplexy. Moreover,the model which only introduces the stroke scales into the system for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of apoplexy also has several insufficiencies.The disease binding model is one of the models which are brought up to design the scientific, objective and comprehensive system for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of apoplexy in recent years.Although it also could not contain all aspects of the system for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of apoplexy, it provides a new model and a new idea for the system.In the first place,we analyze the content of this model--syndrome element via analyzing correlative literatures on this text.Whereafter, via discussing about the measure of this model--the scale for diagnose of syndrome element,we think that it needs us to scientifically constitute and rightly and effectively use this scale if we want to found the disease binding model of apoplexy.Otherwise, we also should exactly know the characteristics of the disease binding model of apoplexy which are interior-excess and exterior-deficiency, dynamic time and space and multi-dimensional interface.Only in this way can we better lay a good foundation for going deep into the research of the disease binding model of apoplexy for the future. Furthermore, it is a discussible question that if the disease binding model and other constructive models should be combined together to make a new system, and how to combine them. I believe that more and more effective and dependable suggestions and ideas, which are brought forward to construct the system for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of apoplexy, will spring up in the future. Accordingly, the development of Chinese medicine will be better and better. Finally,we can find the rule of scientific,objective and comprehensive clinical therapeutic effect evaluation for Chinese medicine.And then, the traditional Chinese medicine, which is a great mine of China,will become more and more modern and industrial and international than before.
