| In this article, two parts are included. One is the literature review,and the other is study report.The literature reviewed the general situation of eczema research in Traditional Chinese medicine. The historical names of czema, recongnition of theillness, internal and topical treatments, and research progress were included.Study report included two parts, one is the clinical research, and the other is the experimental one. The aim of clinical research is to observe the efect of the Qingre-chushi decoction in treating aceczema. Randomized, controlled and single blind method was conducted in this study. Patients in the therapeutic group were given Qingre-chushi decoction and in the control group Longdan-xiegan decoction for 2weeks. Curative effect scores and pruritus degrees were recorded before and after treatment. To analyze the mechanism of Qingre-chushi decoction in treating eczema, three comparative studies including anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and anti-allergic effect of delayed function were carried out.Results:The total effective rate of Qingre-chushi was 66.1%, curative rate was 35.59%; the total effective rate of Longdan-xiegan decoction was 47.37%, curative rate was 15.79%, Qingre-chushi shows better effects thanLongdan-xiegan decoction there was remarkable significantly difference between two treatment groups(P<0.05).Qingre-chushi shows simlar effects with Longdan-xiegan decoction in anti-pruritic effection.Qingre-chushi decoction shows simlar effects with Longdan-xiegan decoction and prednisone group in anti-inflammatory function. Qingre-chushi had effective controlled the mouse itches that 4-AP irritated. The order of anti-allergic effect of delayed intensity in this three groups is as follows Prednisone,Qingre-chushi, Longdan-xiegan decoction.Conclusion:Qingre-chushi decoction has persuasive effect in treating eczema. It has significant effect in anti-inflammatory,antipruritus and anti-allergic effect, and no side-effect was found. |
